                      Account Information: If you sign in using Apple ID, Google, or Facebook, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture. This is used to create your account, verify your identity, and sync puzzle progress across devices.

                      Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID): We collect your device’s advertising identifier to prevent fraud, improve ad quality, and show relevant in‑app advertisements.

                      IP Address: Used to estimate your region, maintain network security, and resolve connection issues.

                      Device & System Data: Device model, OS version, screen resolution, language, time zone, session start/end times, and network type. This helps optimize performance and compatibility.

                      Usage & Log Data: In‑game actions (levels played, twists used, completion rate, hints), feature usage, and crash/error logs. Used to fix bugs, balance difficulty, and enhance gameplay.

                      Installed Apps (with consent): Our ad SDK (AdMob) may request installed app data on first launch. You may decline. We do not access or store this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only for these purposes:

                      Provide and maintain core puzzle gameplay, progress saving, and account features.

                      Optimize game performance, stability, and user experience.

                      Deliver personalized ads and optional reward tasks.

                      Respond to your support requests and solve technical issues.

                      Notify you of policy or service updates.

                      Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse of in‑app systems.

3. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these cases:

                      Trusted ad partners: To enable safe, relevant advertising (using IDFA/GAID only).

                      Authorized service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and payment support (bound by confidentiality).

                      Legal obligations: When required by law, court order, or government request.

                      Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with the new party bound to this Policy.

4. Data Security

We protect your information using industry‑standard measures:

                      Strict access controls for staff and partners.

While we maintain strong safeguards, no internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

                      Account and progress data: retained while your account is active.

                      After deletion request: personal data is deleted immediately.

                      Limited fraud‑prevention data (non‑identifiable): retained up to 6 months.

                      Anonymized analytics: retained for improvement purposes.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time:

Deletion is processed within 14 business days. Once deleted, progress, rewards, and account data cannot be recovered.

7. Log Data

When the app crashes or errors occur, we collect Log Data via third‑party tools. This includes IP, device model, OS version, error state, time, and technical details. Used only to diagnose and fix problems. No personal identity is included.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The app does not use first‑party cookies. Third‑party SDKs (ads, analytics) may use cookies or similar identifiers to improve their services. You can disable cookies in device settings, though some ad features may be affected.

With your permission, we may access contacts briefly for fraud prevention and friend invites. If you revoke permission, stored contact data is deleted within 3 business days.

9. Third‑Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations to third‑party platforms. These have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Parents may contact us to request removal.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified in‑app or by email 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
